Faerie Reel retired to stud in May 2016.

In December 2016 top bloodstock agent Aiden Murphy imported Mon Palois from Ireland.
Trained as ever by Kim Bailey, he distinguished himself by winning first time out at Wetherby on 4th February 2017.

He then won again on his hurdling debut at FFos Las on 10th May 2017.

Meanwhile, Faerie Reel has had her first foal, a filly by Schiaparelli, at Batsford Stud on 27th April 2017.

And her second foal, a filly by Black Sam Bellamy, was born on 26th April 2018.
